1.1. The App is intended for use by individuals aged 18 years and older. By accessing or using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 years old.
1.2. You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the App, or interfere with any other party's use and enjoyment of the App.
2.1. In order to access certain features of the App, you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
2.2. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your account. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password.
3.1. The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Qodexpert and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.
3.2. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use the App solely for your personal and non-commercial purposes.
4.1. Your use of the App is subject to our Privacy Policy. By using the App, you consent to the collection and use of your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
5.1. In no event shall Qodexpert, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App. (ii) any conduct or content of any third party on the App (iii) any content obtained from the App (iv) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), or any other legal theory, whether or not we have been informed of the possibility of such damage, and even if a remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.
6.1. We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
6.2. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
7.1. These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
8.1. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
